How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Latelydesk Septic to have a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Latelydesk Septic
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it directly with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Latelydesk Septic cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@latelydesk.skin and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help as well.
